The forum reviewed the master plan for holding “Riyadh Expo 2030,” which is scheduled to be held under the slogan “The Era of Change: Together We Look to the Future,” which will include 226 official participants from 196 countries, in addition to the host country, which is the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, in addition to 29 international entities, at a cost. Estimated at $7.8 billion. The future “Riyadh Expo 2030” exhibition is based on three main axes: a better tomorrow, climate action, and prosperity for all. While the final forum is the last event organized by the Kingdom to strengthen its bid to host the World Expo 2030 in Riyadh, the city of Busan in South Korea and the city of Rome in Italy are competing with it. The winning city for organizing the most prominent international exhibition is scheduled to be selected during the 173rd session of the General Assembly of the Bureau International des Expositions on November 28, 2023.
