 A new horse race for the King Faisal Cup during Taif summer racing was highlighted as part of a digital marketing campaign by Legends PR and Communications company.

The race, open to three-year-old colts and fillies, is one of a handful of new events for Arabian thoroughbreds at the Jockey Club of Saudi Arabia’s summer venue of Taif, about 500 miles from Riyadh. The programme consisted of 24 races from 28 May to 11 September, with a one-month break during the Muslim Hajj pilgrimage season.

Legends developed a digital marketing campaign on Twitter and Snapchat which it unleashed during the racing, using promotional videos and commercials created by its visual production team, as well as paid ads, new posts, and eye-catching content with hashtags designed to attract audience attention. Digital monitoring of the campaign showed that it achieved more than 600,000 views, 2 million impressions, and 15,000 followers on social media.
